January 1977 Students return from their break on the 9th. The dreams continue. About mid-way through the month, auror Dorcas Mullet gets a breakthrough in her research. She enlists Professor Flitwick, but Lord Voldemort's informant catches wind. After writing to him, Lord Voldemort demands that all the Death Eaters recast the spell at the same time. In the morning, countless students will wake up severely injuries and in pain. That afternoon, Miss Mullet and Professor Flitwick will cast a blocking spell, and no more dreams will be interrupted. Countless students end up in the hospital after the school-wide attack. Thankfully, no one was hurt so badly they died. Unfortunately, many students were injured so badly they had to succumb to charm induced comas. Rodolphus Lestrange is expelled for attacking Aurea VanHorn. A court date is set, and he is not allowed on school property until the Ministry decides his fate. Announcement that on Monday, January 24th, a Carnivale will start. It will last two weeks, and classes will be suspended for the first week. December 1976 In early December, Dumbledore decides to reopen the school. Few attacks have occurred, and the Ministry sent two more aurors. Students are permitted on the grounds from 11 am - 4 pm. There will also be aurors and students doing constant rounds. For the first ball in a long time, no one was attacked or hurt on December 10th. Unfortunately, it seems that students' dreams are becoming more and more violent, and some are even waking with injuries. Everyones dreams start becoming more and more vivid. The Dark Lord has done significant research, and now his Death Eaters are controlling them. Slowly but surely, people start waking up with bruises, cuts, and then more serious injuries. Charity Burbage was violently attacked, along with Professor Ryland Potter. While Charity got better, Ryland was later poisoned and transferred to St. Mungo's. October 1976 Dumbledore officially closed the school. No one would get in, no one would get out. Four Aurors were sent by the Ministry, and prefects were to work alongside them. Dumbledore, McGonagall, and Moody decide to establish the Order. Lily Evans is asked to expand, and a resistance slowly starts to form. Students begin to learn advanced magic, fighting styles, and anything else deemed important. Sybill Trelawney tells a prophecy to Rodolphus Lestrange, and is violently attacked for it. He amateurishly modifies her memory. Andromeda Black publicly informs Hogwarts of her romantic involvement with Ted Tonks. Bellatrix Black decides to murder Mr. & Mrs. Tonks, while on a leave from school. Dumbledore asked her to take a week off in attempt to stabilize her emotions and disruptive behaviour. A tavern owner in Hogsmeade dies on the same night 71 people in a town called Wimbletown are murdered. On the 18th, the same evening the 'Order' has their first lesson, every animal on Hogwarts' grounds is slaughtered and displayed for the school and Hogsmeade to see. Amycus Carrow is brought to the next meeting. The Dark Lord requires a special task of the boy, to prove his dedication. September 1976 September started off with Bellatrix Black, Rodolphus Lestrange, and Lucius Malfoy receiving a letter. They were to follow detailed instructions and meet You-Know-Who. They were given a cursed quill, and were meant to deliver it to a Hufflepuff student. They succeeded. From there, more and more people were recruited to join You-Know-Who. Rabastan Lestrange and Regulus Black were given a potion vial, and told to target as many as possible in Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw. They sent poisoned flowers to the houses, but unfortunately only one in each were poisoned - Amelia Bones and Xenophilius Lovegood. Barty Crouch was to infiltrate the Ministry through his father, and find supporters of the Dark Lord. Rodolphus Lestrange was to come up with a comprehensive list of all students, including their house and blood status. Bellatrix and Lucius were to seek out students from other houses. They had a inter-house unity social, but not much progress was made. The next attack included all muggleborns. Lord Voldemort used the information Barty had given him, killed the head of the muggle department. The next day, all muggleborns found "mudblood" being magically, and painfully, etched into their arms. This was due to the work of Bellatrix, Rodolphus, and Lucius. The trio earned their mark after this. The next meeting Lord Voldemort asked Regulus, Barty, and Rabastan all individual tasks. He wanted a snake, a book from the restricted section, and a memory from Dumbledore's office, respectively. Also, the trio were to recruit new Death Eaters. A few days later, Dumbledore had another inter-house social. At this party, all eight of the Death Eaters were given a vial, containing poison. Many students fell ill, and six fell extremely ill. A muggleborn named Rylett was killed, and Lord Voldemort was very pleased. Around this time, Lily Evans gathered a small group of people to meet with Dumbledore, seemingly the beginning of the Order.
